A glimpse of nothing
Rocky mountains of tan sand
I thought I saw you.
*****
“Don’t leave me” he begged
She stared through his eyes and left
The door slam echoed.
*****
Imagine the world
an oasis of kindness
white velvet hands stroke.
*****
Chipping at my heart
like broken glass exploding
Did you have to leave?
They wonderfully expressed how depressive bad endings get to you..
I have not submitted anything this week, just going round, admiring – ♥

First of all: Wonderful wonderful haiku
Secondly: The soft “Imagine the world” haiku flanked by two haiku that express sharp, jagged “leaving”. Such an interesting placement & progression. Was it deliberate?

There’s more information there about your life in the placement and progression of the Haiku. It would be interesting to think about it.
