I save it for special occasions in the summer,
when the hot sun is on my back and I want to feel cool and refreshed.

My mom use to make the best lemon meringue pies but I will always say they were the best…of course! Wonderful photo to bring back memories. Nice for MYM.

Yummy! I only made it once, but I used the recipe on the Jello pudding box…slapped some meringue on top…fooled the guys in this house. I would love to make it from scratch someday.

It is my favorite pie in the world! I ate 2 small slices today for Easter! My grandmother used to make the absolute best…and I used to watch her make it…and I always figured I would have time to learn her special way of doing it…but I never really did…now we do store bought which are still good…but the the good from my childhood memories! Mouthfulls of yumminess for sure! xox
